To redeem the voucher, please contact the SPA directly to confirm the date and select the appropriate treatments.
The purchased voucher is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
The purchased voucher can be used at Hotel Sokół Wellness & SPA within three months from the date of purchase.
When redeeming the voucher, the user is not entitled to receive change for the unused amount of the voucher if the value of the service is lower than the value of the voucher.
