Sauna sessions
Sauna sessions - these are approximately 10-15 minute ceremonies in a dry sauna during which a properly trained person (sauna master) uses a towel or fan to spread hot air throughout the preheated interior of the sauna. During the sessions, aromatic oils are used, which combined with the art of fanning make the rituals a unique spectacle.
Sauna ceremonies are held:
- On Tuesdays: 18:00, 19:00, 20:00, 21:00
- On Fridays: 18:00, 19:00, 20:00, 21:00
- On Sundays: 18:00, 19:00, 20:00
*Sauna Sessions are held for a minimum of 5 people
*The Sauna Area at the Sokół Wellness & SPA Hotel is a textile-free zone. This means you enter the sauna wearing a pareo or naturally. The rest of the facility is textile-friendly. The reception provides towels and pareos free of charge.

Sauna zone
Finnish sauna – a classic of the genre. Dry, intense, straightforward. For those who like the warmth to say plainly: "breathe deeply and let go of everything."
Steam sauna – soft as morning mist. It envelops, moisturizes, relaxes. Perfect when you want to immerse yourself in a cloud and disappear from everyday life for a moment.
Infra-red sauna – the heat of the future. Works deeply, felt more gently, effective. Minimalist form, maximum effect.
Saunarium – for the undecided and explorers. The possibility to set different forms of sauna sessions means you can choose gentle relaxation one day, and crank up the temperature and intensity another day.
Cedar ceremonial sauna – the heart of the entire area. This is where sauna sessions led by sauna masters take place, as well as special sauna nights. The aroma of cedar, ritual, music, and an atmosphere that cannot be imitated – this cannot be described, it must be experienced.
Relaxation zone
This is the perfect place to relax between individual sauna sessions. Comfortable heated ceramic loungers, wooden loungers, and relaxing music coming from the speakers will help you unwind and enjoy a moment of blissful relaxation after a hard and stressful day.
Sunny meadow
An innovative solution that allows us to enjoy sunbathing in the Wellness zone all year round. The sunny meadow is equipped with lamps with diamond glass, which minimize the intensity of UV light and supplement vitamin D in our body.
The light session lasts 20 minutes – equivalent to the daily requirement of vitamin D. A short moment of relaxation, with an effect like a solid dose of sun – regardless of the season and weather.
Cooling zone
Showers of sensations is a type of shower with variable intensity and water temperature streams. To cool our body, it is worth using the ice barrel or bath with a wooden bucket.
Gym & fitness area
Take care of your figure at any time of day and night. The Fitness Zone for hotel guests is available 24 hours and its use is free of charge.
There is a water dispenser in the gym, thanks to which you can replenish fluids at any time and stay properly hydrated during your workout.
