- Our retreat produces various natural products such as syrups, jams and hydrolats, delicious ketchups, mustards, pesto or flavoured salt (lavender or Provence). What makes them different from those in the shop? Ours are made from vegetables, fruits and herbs that we grow on our own, without chemical fertilisers or sprays.
