Plum Jam

• Our farm is located in the village of Sonina near Łańcut in the Podkarpackie Voivodeship, where the tradition of cooking plum preserves has been passed down for generations. We produce small-scale, highest quality traditional plum preserves made from Węgierka plums.
• We source the fruit for production from our own orchard. We pick only carefully selected, fully ripe fruits that contain the maximum amount of natural sugar.
• The preserves are cooked without any additives, preservatives, or sugar, following a family recipe in a kettle. We hold the Traditional Product certificate listed by the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which guarantees that the recipe and method have remained unchanged for generations. "Soninskie Powidła Śliwkowe z Węgierek" has won many awards and distinctions in competitions, each time charming the judges.
