In the heart of Podkarpacie, where morning mists wrap vineyards like a soft blanket and the earth smells of history, lies a true gem – Przeworskie Vineyards. However, this is not an ordinary vineyard. It is a place where every bottle has a soul, and every drop of wine whispers the story of the people who created it.
What can you expect?
- Wines produced in the Przeworsk Vineyards bear the names of members of the Rosół family. White wines receive female names, such as Elżbieta, Maria, or Zofia, while red and rosé wines have male names, e.g., Maciej, Kazimierz, or Jacek.
- The winery's offer includes white, red, rosé, and sparkling wines. In 2015, Dariusz Rosół became the only sworn producer of sacramental wine in Poland.
- Online – if online sales are available, it is worth booking tickets in advance.
- At the station – tickets can be purchased at the ticket office before the train departs.
- From the conductor – if there are available seats, tickets can be bought directly on the train.
- Types of tickets: regular, reduced (for children, students, seniors), and family tickets.
- One-way or round-trip tickets are available.
- For organized groups, early reservation is possible.
- Payment can be made in cash or by card (depending on the point of sale).
- When purchasing online – fast transfers or card payment.
- The longest narrow-gauge tunnel in Poland! – The train passes through the tunnel in Szklary, which is 602 meters long, making it the longest narrow-gauge tunnel in the country.
- Over 100 years of history! – The line was opened in 1904 and over the years served both passenger and freight transport, for example, sugar beets.
- The train is accessible for wheelchair users
- During the ride on the Przeworsk Narrow-Gauge Railway “Pogórzanin,” you can travel in the carriage with your small pet
