- Tickets for visiting can be purchased in person at the main ticket office of the museum at 3-go Maja 10 street
- Online tickets are available for purchase at least 48 hours before the planned visit date
- Payment can be made in cash or by card
- During the tourist season it is advisable to book tickets in advance – the number of tickets available for a given day may be limited.
- Discounts are available for, among others, pupils, students, seniors, and organized groups – appropriate documents are required.
- Group ticket reservations are possible – it is best to arrange this in advance.
- No refunds after purchase, so it is worth checking your selection carefully.
- This is the only noble carriage house in the world where next to the historic main residence turned into a museum, there is a complex with the carriage house.
- In addition to a ride through the park, it is also possible to take a ride in a two-horse carriage through the city streets. This attraction is the only representative traveling carriage available for rent in Poland.
- The tour is conducted with an audio guide in the following languages: Polish, English, German, French, Ukrainian.
- The Castle (first floor), Stable, and Carriage House are adapted for visits by people using wheelchairs.
