Łańcut Synagogue – A Baroque Treasure Rich in History
If you think synagogues are just simple buildings, the synagogue in Łańcut will totally surprise you! Baroque splendor, intricately decorated bimah, and frescoes that tell stories from centuries ago – it's a true journey through time. Come in and feel the magic of this place!

- Unique architecture – Beautifully restored 18th-century baroque synagogue, stunning with its richly decorated interior.
- Wonderful polychromes – Paintings on the walls and ceiling depicting plant motifs, animals, and Hebrew inscriptions, creating an extraordinary atmosphere.
- History at your fingertips – The synagogue is one of the best-preserved testimonies of the former Jewish community of Łańcut.
- Part of the Jewish heritage trail – It is part of the multicultural history of Galicia and is worth visiting in combination with other regional monuments.
- Visiting the interior of the synagogue is possible from 01.05 to 30.09.
- Group or individual reservations are available.

- One of the oldest in Poland – The synagogue was built in 1761 thanks to the funding of the Grand Crown Marshal Stanisław Lubomirski.
- Saved from destruction – In 1939, the Germans set fire to the synagogue, but thanks to the intervention of the inhabitants of Łańcut, it was saved.
- Part of the Jewish heritage trail – The synagogue in Łańcut is one of the best-preserved Jewish prayer houses in Poland and an important point on the map of Jewish monuments in Europe.
- During a visit to the synagogue, it is advisable to dress according to the rules applicable in sacred places.
- The facility is not adapted for people using wheelchairs.
