Ticket info:
- Tickets are available for purchase at the main ticket office of the museum at 3 10 Maja Street.
- Online tickets can be purchased at least 48 hours before the planned visit.
- On Mondays, admission to the Museum’s permanent exhibitions is free. On this day, tours take place individually, without an audio guide and without bookings.
- You can pay in cash or by card.
- Within the high season, try to book your tickets in advance – the number of tickets available per day may be limited.
- There are reduced tickets for pupils, students, seniors and organised groups, proper documents proving the discount rights are required.
- You can book group tickets – best done in advance.
- You cannot return the tickets once purchased, so check your choice carefully.
Important notice:
- A luxurious castle full of technical novelties – back in the 19th century, the castle already had central heating, a lift and even a plumbing system – a rarity at the time!
- Pet-free interior tours.
- The tours are auto-guided in Polish, English, German, French and Ukrainian.
- The castle (1st floor), the Stables and the Carriage House are wheelchair-friendly.
