- Online – if an online sales is available, it is good to book your tickets in advance.
- At the station – tickets can be bought at the ticket office before the train departs.
- At the conductor’s – if there are free seats, you can purchase a ticket directly on the train.
- Categories of tickets: regular, reduced (for children, students, seniors) as well as family tickets.
- One-way or return tickets are available.
- Advance booking for organised groups possible.

Important notice:
- The longest narrow-gauge tunnel in Poland! – The railway passes through the 602-metre-long tunnel in Szklary, making it the longest narrow-gauge tunnel in the country.
- More than 100 years of history! – The line was opened in 1904 and for years, it was used to transport passengers and goods, such as for instance sugar beetroots.
- The train is adapter for wheelchair users.
- During a trip on the Przeworsk Narrow-Gauge Railway Podgórzanin, you can stay in the carriage with you small pet.
